At Blood Toyota, we’re all about quality cars and genuine service and our team is what makes it happen. We’re on the lookout for a Workshop Foreman to take the reins in our Pre-Delivery & Used Vehicle Reconditioning department at Blood Toyota.

This role is perfect for a qualified mechanic or senior tech who is ready to step up, lead a team, and keep the workshop running smoothly, while still being hands-on when needed.

What the job looks like:

Running the day-to-day in the pre-delivery & reconditioning workshop.

Allocating jobs and keeping workflow on track.

Making sure every vehicle is up to scratch before it goes to its new owner.

Staying hands-on with the tools when required - you won’t be stuck behind a desk.

Upskilling and mentoring technicians, and making sure the team stays up to date with training.

Giving the team guidance, support, and a hand when needed.

Keeping the workshop safe, organised, and on schedule.

Working closely with management to hit goals and deliver great results.

Minimal paperwork - most admin is handled by the manager so you can focus on the workshop.

What we’re looking for:

Trade qualified mechanic (Cert III Light Vehicle or similar).

Workshop experience - leadership or foreman experience a bonus.

Organised, reliable, and good at juggling jobs.

Strong communicator who can lead by example.

A team player with an eye for detail and pride in their work.

Toyota experience is handy, but not essential.
