Position Available: Vehicle Painter

Permanent fulltime position

38 Hrs per week

We are looking for an enthusiastic Vehicle Painter to join our team!

This position will be responsible for:

Smooth vehicle panels surface by eliminating imperfections

Prep and paint of vacuum tanks, subframes and associated components

Match and blend colours accurately by mixing paints

Apply undercoats and final finishes using spray equipment, sanding to ensure high quality finish

Apply corrosion prevention products to treated areas of the vehicles

Sandblasting of mild steel components

Touch up and detailing of finished new truck bodies

Full-time hours worked:

7:00am-3:30pm Monday to Thursday

7:00am-1:00pm Friday

Successful applicants must have:

Certificate III in Vehicle Painting or Equivalent

Relevant previous experience

Ability to work autonomously

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
