About the role

Join the team at A1 plastic solutions' as a Panel/Plastic Repair Technician. Working in/around the moorabbin area, this full-time role will see you using your exceptional technical skills to repair and restore plastic components ( headlights, bumper bars etc) to pre accident condition. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers' vehicles are returned to them in perfect condition.

What you'll be doing

Assess and diagnose damage to plastic components

Expertly repair and restore damaged areas using the latest techniques and equipment

Prepare surfaces for paintshop to high-fill repair

Carry out modifications and alterations to vehicle panels and plastic parts as required

Maintain a clean and organised work area

What we're looking for

Formal qualification in panel/plastic repair or a related automotive trade

Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in a similar role

Strong technical skills and an eye for detail to deliver high-quality repairs

Ability to work efficiently and accurately to tight deadlines

A safety-focused approach and commitment to following all workshop procedures
