They have current projects and a strong pipeline moving forward.
They are looking for a motivated Junior Estimator with excellent communication skills to join the business.

The role:

• Full cycle estimating position
• BOQ's within timelines
• Take offs, quantities, production orders, supplier & contractor agreements
• Liaising with suppliers, tradespeople, contractors and site supervisors

The requirements:

• Estimating experience within fit out
• Be familiar with estimating software
• An understanding of purchasing and pricing
• Working knowledge of applicable building codes
• English language literacy and fluency
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
