Central Coast Sports College (CCSC) specialises in providing innovative educational and sport programs to student athletes from Kindergarten to Year 12. Its purpose is to provide opportunities for CCSC student athletes to attempt challenging and new experiences within a safe environment that will develop their independence and personal skills. This is achieved through a passion for creating an inclusive community, focused on developing a student athlete through sport and academia.

At CCSC, our core values—Connection, Curiosity, Determination, Courage and Humility—are not just words. They shape everything we do. We build deep connections between staff, student athletes and families. We inspire curiosity by creating engaging, real-world learning experiences. We model and teach determination by setting high expectations and supporting student athletes to persist through challenges. We foster courage by encouraging student athletes to step outside their comfort zones and we value humility—recognising that learning is a lifelong journey for us all.

CCSC is looking to appoint an innovative, energetic and inspirational individual to commence a full time position from Term 1, 2026. The key to this role is a demonstrated belief that relationships are paramount to the success of student outcomes.
