Supporting 3 Conveyancing Paralegals in a well established mid tier law firm | Property Legal Assistant or Conveyancing Assistant experience is essential

The Role
As a Property Development / Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you will support 3 Conveyancing Paralegals. Duties include:

• Dealing with clients, making appointments,
• Handling on boarding Contracts and depositing receipts
• Preparing correspondence and documents,
• Online searches,
• Assist with handling settlements via PEXA
• End of month billings
• And general administrative duties.

Your experience
You will have a minimum of 2 years Property Legal Assistant or Conveyancing Assistant experience.
