A well-regarded Brisbane commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support its busy Property and Body Corporate team. This is a full-time position based in the CBD, offering interesting work, supportive colleagues, and genuine work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to lawyers in the Property and Body Corporate team

Draft and format correspondence and legal documents

Manage diaries, emails and travel arrangements

Liaise with clients and external stakeholders in a professional manner

Assist with file management, billing, and other practice administration

About you

Minimum 1 year of legal support experience (Legal Secretary, PA, or similar), ideally in property or body corporate law

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident communication and client service skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
