Supporting the Commercial Litigation team

The role

As a Legal Secretary, you will support the Commercial Litigation department. Your duties will include:

• Preparing briefs and court documents and correspondence
• Opening new files and closing/archiving files
• Typing of correspondence for solicitors, including dictation,
• end of month billings and document conversions
• Dealing with clients, diary management and organising meetings

Your experience

You will need to have a minimum of 1 years Legal Secretary experience within a law firm environment. Some Litigation Legal Secretary experience is also essential.

The Law firm/ Salary

Leading Boutique Law firm of 40 staff based in the Brisbane CBD. Have weekly morning teas, social club, drinks nights. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience ($75,000 to $90,000 including superannuation).
