The team at Medical Staff is looking for a Permanent Full Time Recruitment Assistant to complement its existing team. Current and former RNs, RMs and EENs are welcome and encouraged to apply!

In this role you will be responsible for recruiting temporary, contract and permanent healthcare staff across a variety of roles and states around Australia.

Please note this is an office-based role

Some of your daily responsibilities will be as below but not limited to:

Recruiting healthcare staff for our infernal use and to work with our clients nationally

Using a user friendly software system. Full training will be provided.

Admin tasks as required

Provide an overall exceptional customer service mutually with internal and external factions

Work independently and under direction of Management

Working with a team of recruiters to ensure targets are being met

Attending meeting with the Recruitment Team and Management teams to ensure the needs of the company are being met

To be successful in this role you will :

Be quick and fast in response to fast pace environment

Be able to multi-task at all times throughout the day and ensure that you stay positive in a fast-paced environment.

Have confidence and the ability to build relationships effectively and influentially with clients and candidates

Have a bubbly and friendly disposition - Customer Service & Communication Skills that are Phenomenal both verbal and written

Strong computer literacy skills

Take true ownership of the role and be able to work autonomously as well as in a team.

Work within a team of recruitment staff to ensure KPIs are met

Have relevant industry experience.

Be willing to grow within the organization

Have the ability to interact in a positive, friendly and professional manner
