Marketing & Social Media Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Social Media Content Creator to join our team full-time and support four dynamic brands in the property, development, and creative industry.

If you’re passionate about social media, have an eye for design, and love bringing ideas to life, this is your chance to take ownership of exciting content across multiple brands.

What You’ll Do

Plan, create, and publish social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) across four brands.

Design engaging posts, reels, carousels, and stories that build brand awareness and engagement.

Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and EDMs.

Update and edit websites (WordPress/Elementor).

Coordinate campaign calendars and support lead generation initiatives.

Monitor performance and suggest improvements to boost results.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media, marketing, or design.

Skilled in Canva (Adobe Creative Suite highly regarded).

Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Metricool, etc.).

Comfortable with WordPress/Elementor website updates.

Strong creative eye with attention to detail and brand consistency.

Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple projects across brands.

A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to bring new ideas to the table.
