About the role

The Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 3 (CNC3) Complex Acute Aged Care is responsible for expert clinical organisation, coordination, leadership, and consultancy services within the area of acute aged care nursing and target populations within Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).

You will be working collaboratively with key stakeholders in the organisation to improve outcomes for older persons, their families, and carers through the provision of evidence-based services across the Network.

You will have a responsibility to provide expert advice and active engagement with clinicians to enable improved practice and systemic change in complex aged care. As well as reviewing practice standards, policies and procedures that relate to specialty and expert knowledge.
