About the role

BFDM pty ltd is seeking an experienced Barista to join our dynamic cafe team at a multi award winning nursery located in Heidelberg, Victoria. As a part-time Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating high-quality coffee beverages in a fast-paced environment. Weekend work is essential to the role.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a range of coffee and espresso-based drinks to customers

Operating and maintaining coffee machines and other bar equipment

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive cafe experience

Following and maintaining consistent recipes and presentation standards

Assisting with general cafe duties such as stocking, cleaning, and cash handling

What we're looking for

An experienced Barista who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and the ability to expertly craft a range of coffee beverages

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently

Good eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

A friendly, positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
