The Role

We’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our passionate allied health team in Western Sydney. In this role, you will:

Deliver evidence-based, individualised therapy for communication and feeding needs

Empower clients and families within the NDIS framework

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care

Balance mobile therapy with clinic-based services (new clinic space opening soon)

Bring hope, encouragement, and measurable impact to every client you see

About You

You’ll thrive with us if you’re a Speech Pathologist who is:

Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) registered with Speech Pathology Australia

Experienced or eager to work within the NDIS framework

Compassionate, proactive, and committed to client outcomes

Skilled at building strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues

Equipped with a WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and a driver’s licence

New graduates are warmly encouraged to apply - we’ll support you with structured supervision and mentoring from day one.
