1) Speech Pathologist Team Leader

Lead a tight-knit team while holding a significantly reduced caseload tailored to your interests (speech, language, literacy, school readiness, speech sound disorders, stuttering, voice, phonological awareness, etc.). Options for a pure paediatric or mixed-ages caseload.

You’ll bring

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology + SPA membership (CPSP).
• 4+ years post-grad experience and unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a coaching mindset.

2) Senior Speech Pathologist

Own a diverse caseload and provide supervision to team members without direct line management. You’ll drive evidence-based practice, mentor grads/early-career clinicians, and lead clinical projects that lift client outcomes.

You’ll bring

• Tertiary qualification + SPA CPSP; Medicare/private health registration desirable.
• 2+ years paediatric experience or clearly demonstrated senior-level competence.
