About Ninja Allied Health
Ninja Allied Health is an award winning allied health provider founded by two Occupational Therapists. We support every therapist on our team and deliver personalised services in clinic, in the community and via Telehealth. Our commitment is to make a substantial, positive difference in people's lives.
At Ninja Allied Health, we've always believed that our work goes beyond simply providing therapy, it's about making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Anja, our Speech Pathology Team Leader, has over 15 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist and 5 years of experience delivering Telehealth sessions. She is here to guide and support you in providing high-quality Telehealth services.
About the Role
As a future Ninja, you will work with a diverse mix of clients (NDIS and private), with your caseload tailored to your interests and delivered entirely through Telehealth. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and other allied health professionals to deliver integrated, evidence-based care. We offer flexible hours and days, and you will have input into your schedule and caseload to support genuine work–life balance.
This role is fully remote, with all services provided via Telehealth. You can be based anywhere in Australia, while still feeling connected to our supportive and innovative Ninja Allied Health team. To help you thrive, we provide the technology, supervision, and professional development you need to feel equipped, supported, and part of the team no matter where you work from.
We also offer lower billable hours than industry standard, as we value long-term growth, giving you the time and space to train, mentor, and truly lead as our team expands.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Delivering high-quality, client-centred Speech Pathology services
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care
Assisting in designing and shaping our Speech Pathology service model
Participating in case discussions, service planning, and client goal setting
Maintain accurate records and reports aligned to NDIS and clinical standards
Contributing to a positive, innovative, and collaborative workplace culture
About You

Skills and Experience:

Speech Pathology Australia Certified Practising registration
