An exceptional opportunity for a Junior Payroll Officer has arisen to assist the payroll team within their dynamic Finance department. Reporting to the Payroll Team Lead, your key responsibilities include:

Assist fortnightly and monthly payroll for multiple business units, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Maintain employee records including new starter setup, terminations, and ongoing changes

Assist team with compiling payroll reports, including superannuation and taxation obligations

Liaise with employees to resolve payroll queries and provide exceptional internal customer service

Ensure compliance with Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and relevant employment legislation

Ad-hoc tasks as required by management

To be considered for this exceptional role, you will have 1-2 years of payroll or administration processing experience, excellent attention to detail with ability to work accurately under pressure, strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
