Night Vision Australia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to support the overall financial function of our business, reporting directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare financial statements and management reports.

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Maintain accurate records and reconciliations of financial accounts.

Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and tax compliance.

Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed.

Essential Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA or CA qualification (or working towards it)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Motivated with initiative to problem-solving and Strong attention to detail

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
