Project Finance Manager | Construction | $100k- $130k + Super

🛠️ Opportunity: Join a growing construction business as a Project Finance Manager, overseeing budgets, cash flow, job costing, and financial reporting across multiple projects. Lead the accounts team, streamline processes, and provide insights to drive profitability and operational success.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability
• Manage cash flow, retentions, and progress claims
• Prepare weekly/monthly cost reports and variance analysis
• Supervise accounts team: invoicing, reconciliations, and supplier payments
• Ensure compliance with ATO obligations and statutory reporting
• Review contracts, subcontractor agreements, and client credit terms
• Coordinate audits and year-end close processes
• Drive process improvement and system efficiency (Reckon / Xero / MYOB)

🎓 Experience / Skills:

• Commercially minded with strong understanding of project costs and margins
• Proactive, detail-focused, and results-oriented
• Strong communicator with leadership experience
• Calm under pressure, process-driven, and trustworthy
• Proficient in Reckon, Xero, or MYOB
• CPA or similar qualification, BAS Agent registration desirable
