About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Director and play a key role within the senior leadership team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing both field and office operations, ensuring efficient resource management, streamlined systems, and high standards of service delivery. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on developing teams, enhancing operational processes, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations and monitor performance goals across the business.

Manage project timelines, scopes, budgets, and resource allocation.

Recruit, onboard, and coach high-performing team members.

Oversee pricing, quoting, and scoping of electrical and solar projects.

Ensure operational compliance, quality assurance, and safety standards are met.

Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and team performance.

Resolve internal issues constructively while fostering a strong workplace culture.

Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

About You

Proven experience in operations or leadership roles within electrical, solar, or construction sectors.

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to lead from the front.

Confident communicator and capable delegator.

Experience managing budgets, projects, and people.

Committed to compliance, safety, and long-term team development.

What’s On Offer
