As a Domestic/Residential HVAC Service Technician requires troubleshooting, servicing, and upgrading HVAC units while providing excellent customer service. You'll ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. This hands-on position involves a combination of technical skills and customer interaction, offering you the chance to make a real difference in creating comfortable living environments.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential properties.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure systems are functioning efficiently.
• Provide customers with accurate service reports and offer recommendations for system improvements.
• Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with relevant regulations.
• Communicate with customers to explain repairs, upgrades, and maintenance requirements.

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and their components.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and following industry standards.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
