Our client, a leading civil contractor, is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join their team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily site operations for subdivision projects (earthworks, roadworks, drainage, utilities).
• Manage subcontractors and site personnel to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
• Monitor quality, progress, and compliance with WHS standards.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive project success.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience supervising civil construction projects, preferably subdivisions.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, plans, and specifications.
• WHS compliance experience and ability to lead a site team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Civil construction qualifications or trade background highly regarded.
