What You’ll Be Doing

This role is all about taking charge of your projects and driving them to completion:

• Hands-On Supervision: Oversee site activities, leading construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep everything on track.

• Project Management: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and plans – you’ll be in charge of your own projects from start to finish.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Keep clients, architects, and other stakeholders in the loop, addressing any concerns and providing updates.

• Compliance: Ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

• Procurement & Logistics: Manage materials, equipment, and site logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve issues to keep your projects on time and on budget.

• Drive Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement smarter construction methods.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who can manage and supervise with confidence, ensuring every detail is handled:

• Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, managing and supervising projects, ideally with medium-to-high-density residential or commercial builds.

• Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire teams, maintain site discipline, and deliver top-quality results.

• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction techniques, NCC, and relevant regulations.

• Communication: Clear, professional communication skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving: The ability to think critically and resolve issues on the fly.

• Ownership: You’re organised, proactive, and thrive on taking full control of your projects.
