This ground-breaking sensory space design firm is rapidly expanding. We need a hungry and passionate sales and business development representative to manage our growing number of enquiries. We think this role will suit someone available for 3 Days per week. Pro Rata'd $65-75k Plus Super per year.

You'll be selling a product that changes lives β supporting inclusion, boosting emotional regulation and creating access for people of all ages and abilities. From schools and stadiums to hospitals and public spaces, our clients include big-name brands like Sealife Aquarium, Accor Stadium, and The Scots College to name a few.
π Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales: From Paid Leads to monthly Webinar attendees - Convert a strong volume of inbound leads into committed clients who are excited to build impact-driven spaces.
Outbound Growth: Prospect new leads where aligned, and nurture existing client relationships with confidence and care.
Consultative Selling: Lead meaningful conversations with clients to understand their unique needs and present powerful, tailored solutions.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the GM to refine and further develope our sales systems and processes as we scale.
Pipeline & Reporting: Use our CRM Hubspot to manage pipeline, activity, and performance insights.
Team Leadership Potential: As the business scales, take the lead on building and mentoring a sales team beneath you - if that suits your lifestyle.
Travel Opportunities - if you'd like them : Present pitches, conduct site visits, and work hands-on with clients across Australia.

πΌ You Bring:
A minimum of 1-2 years of B2B sales experience is required with a previous record of consistent performance
A strong closer, prospector and nurturer - experienced in Sales techniques
Big energy, great EQ and a passion for people and purpose.
Curiosity, drive, and a builder's mindset β you love creating systems that work.
A background or interest in wellbeing, education, healthcare, accessibility or inclusion is a bonus.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tools.
Australian work rights are required for this position
