Our client, a large complex Queensland State Government department, are currently seeking an AO5 Project Officer for an initial 3+mth contract with likely extension until 30/06/2026.

Seeking an innovative and client focussed Project Officer with;

• high levels of interpersonal and communication skills.
• experience working within a project delivery team.
• a strong ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.

The successful candidate will join an established team and provide services across several business process improvement finance related projects.

Roles and responsibilities include;

• organising, preparing, and documenting meeting outcomes
• preparation and maintenance of key project plans and reports
• mapping out of end-to-end business processes and documentation
• coordination and documentation of information for business process improvements.

As projects are related to financial and banking systems, prior project experience in this environment would be advantageous as would process mapping/improvement skills and experience.
