Kubpower, based over 3 South Australian locations in Gepps Cross, Summertown and Naracoorte, are dealers of some of the largest Construction, Agricultural, Turf and Power Equipment brands in the world.
The business, along with being in retail sales is also the importer and national wholesaler of other product lines. Established in 1980, we are a family owned and operated business.
We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Group Marketing and Data Admin person to join our team, based from our Gepps Cross branch.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
You will play a crucial role in managing all of our marketing projects and select database upkeep, in conjunction with our Operations Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
Marketing:
Social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) content, creation, planning, scheduling and monitoring for 3 separate brands/profiles
Website updates and product uploads, across 3 separate brands/websites
Designing and scheduling email marketing campaigns
Assist with management of our 3rd party Digital campaigns (SEO/SEM)
Assisting with marketing campaigns and events, either manufacture supported and/or company directed
Creating ad-hoc adverts for magazines/banners/internal signage/field-days
Photoshoots and content creation, either in-house or site/field day visits
Maintaining second hand machinery listing and uploads to various websites
General marketing and some admin support
Data Administration:
Ensuring price files for both machinery and spare parts are updated in our DMS (Dealer Management System)
Sourcing the latest price files from our various suppliers
Editing and formatting Microsoft Excel files before uploading, the use of some basic formulas (formulas are mostly supplied)
Applicant will require the following attributes:
High level computer knowledge and speed to be able to work with various programs/platforms
Excellent communication with internal staff (all departments) and all suppliers
High attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Highly organised and meticulous
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Previous experience in a similar role across the various platforms is mandatory
Formal qualifications looked upon favourably, however not essential. Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
This role will start as a part time position, 2-4 days per week (experience dependant). With a free reign of your ideas and creativity, the role will naturally evolve into a full-time position and career progression. Flexible work hours can be negotiated.
