About the Role
We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our friendly team at our Daw Park office.
In this part-time role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting both our valued clients and our team of occupational therapists, ensuring the smooth and professional operation of our practice. You will work under the guidance of, and report directly to, our Administration Support Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing warm and welcoming reception and phone support

Entering referral and client data accurately

Booking and coordinating appointments

Assisting with invoicing and account processing

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

General office and housekeeping duties

This is a permanent part-time position (4 days per week, 9:00 am–5:00 pm with Friday essential). It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working in a supportive team environment and values connection and client care.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and approachable, with the following attributes:

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Warm, professional, and friendly communication style

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Confident verbal and written communication skills

Competent with computer systems and client databases

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in an allied health or medical practice will be highly regarded.
You will also require a current National Police Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain these).
