Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire protection systems including but not limited to:

Fire hydrants and hose reels

Sprinkler systems

Fire extinguishers and blankets

Emergency and exit lighting

Fire detection and alarm systems

Perform Hydrant and Sprinkler Flow Testing and interpret results to ensure system performance meets required standards.

Complete service reports and compliance documentation accurately and on time.

Identify and report non-compliances or faults, and carry out minor repairs where applicable.

Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts to ensure minimal disruption and high service standards.

Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order.

Stay up to date with relevant standards and regulations, including but not limited to AS 1851 and AS 2441.

Experience is not essential as training is provided. But Fire experience is preferred.

If the applicant has experience, they must demonstrate the following routine testing and inspection of but not limited to:

· Various Fire Alarm Panels

· Hydrant & Sprinkler Pumps

· Testing Smoke Alarms & Smoke Detection

· Emergency and Exit Lighting

· Portable Fire Equipment

· Fire Doors

· Fire Hydrant Systems (Including Flow Rate Testing)

· Fire Hose Reels

· Routine Maintenance as per AS1851

· Defect Reporting

· Minor Defects Repairs

· Installation of Fire Extinguishers / Blankets
