Full Time

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Work out of our Buderim Office with some flexibility to travel or work from home. Travel to Property's for Inspections with your Company Car.

Job Description
Our office is looking for an experienced Inspection Manager to join our team on a full time basis

The candidate will have experience in property management and/or real estate administration, a driver's license and be good with technology. A current certificate of registration is required for the role or one can be re-instated within 3 months of commencement

The candidate must be reliable, have a high attention to detail and at times be able to work in a fast-paced environment

The candidate must be able to work with the team remotely on their own, in a quiet location with no distractions at home from time to time. They will be supplied with a work vehicle, laptop, phone and iPad

Experience in systems such as PropertyMe, 2Apply and Inspection Express is essential.

The role will entail, and not be limited to, conducting inspections, responding to enquiries, organising maintenance requests, dealing with tenancy disputes and assisting your property manager

Remuneration considered based on experience

It could suit someone with experience looking to come back into the workforce part time for the right applicant
