Are you experienced in rental property inspections and ready to take ownership of a critical role in the vacating process for our office. Do you strive on structure, accuracy and making sure no detail is ever missed. As Vacate Inspection Manager you will take full control of the vacating process from initial inspection right through to finalising damage, liaising with tenants, and preparing the property for its next chapter.

The Role

Identify and document any damage, wear and tear and non-compliance

Liaise with tenants, trades and our Maintenance Manager to co-ordinate required works.

Finalising inspections and ensuring properties meet strict standards for a new tenant to move in

Keeping good records and preparing reports, photographic evidence of the vacate
