Our client is a trusted name in civil construction and is looking for proactive well organised candidate. Customer Service/Internal Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic.
What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact—phone, counter, and online
- Prepare quotes, schedule deliveries/pickups, and support transport logistics
- Manage contracts and branch KPIs
- Collaborate with drivers, sales, and yard staff
- Promote products and deliver top-tier customer service
What You Bring:
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills
- Customer-focused mindset, in person and over the phone
- Experience in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Construction industry background a plus (not essential)
