About the Role
Best Possible Customer Service Role
MUST BE BILINGUAL in KOREAN & ENGLISH
Responsibilities:
Bilingual Communication: Respond to emails and calls, ensuring effective communication between clients and the appropriate teams in both Korean and English.
General Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive client experience.
Scheduling and Work Allocation: Manage and update work schedules, ensuring tasks are allocated to the appropriate teams efficiently.
Record Keeping and Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks, ensuring information is organized and accessible. - EXCEL, WORD
General Filing: Organize and manage physical and digital files for efficient record-keeping.
Basic Bookkeeping and Invoicing (XERO): Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including generating invoices using XERO accounting software.
Ad-hoc Duties: Be flexible to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as requested.
After-Hours Availability: Be prepared to respond to messages and emails during after-hours and weekends to stay connected with our clients when needed.
Remote Work Policy: (after reviewing the performance)
1-2 days per week, working from hom
