About the Role: This is a phone-based, consultative sales role where you will speak with patients who have already enquired about our services. Your role is to assess their needs, explain our treatment options, and guide them toward the best solution with care and professionalism.
Your Day to Day

• Connect with qualified inbound leads to consult on suitable services
• Provide clear, accurate breakdowns of available health solutions
• Manage your pipeline through the CRM to ensure high-quality follow-up
• Ensure high compliance and ethical selling standards
• Share process improvements and collaborate with a passionate, tight-knit team

What You’ll Need to Success

• Strong communication and emotional intelligence over the phone
• Self-motivated, proactive and resilient mindset
• Confidence managing the full sales cycle with empathy and professionalism
• Strong time management and CRM accuracy
• Healthcare, insurance, or education sales experience is a bonus – but not essential
