Project Manager – Shopfitting & Commercial Fit-OutPerth, WA

As their business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Perth. This role offers the chance to work across exciting, high-profile projects with a company that is known for excellence and reliability.

The Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will take full ownership of delivering shopfitting, retail, and commercial fit-out projects from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate site teams, contractors, suppliers, and joinery workshops.
• Ensure compliance with landlord, centre management, and statutory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with clear communication and reporting.
• Oversee site activities, inspections, and defect rectification.
• Collaborate with the accounts team on contracts, claims, and variations.
• Report progress, risks, and issues to senior management.

About You

• 3–5 years’ project management experience in shopfitting, retail fit-out, or construction.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, joinery, finishes, and retail logistics.
• Proficient in contract management and project scheduling (MS Project, Excel, Word).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of OHS, building codes, and tenancy delivery requirements.
• Relevant tertiary or trade qualification in Building/Construction (preferred).
