The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for both new business development and account management. You will:

Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients

Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities within the label market

Work closely with our production and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

Minimum 2–3 years' sales experience in labels, packaging, or a related industry

An established and active FMCG network

Professional presence with persuasive communication and negotiation skills

A proven track record of hitting targets and driving sales

High self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first approach

Discipline in managing pipelines and making consistent sales calls

Knowledge of print processes, packaging solutions, and customer requirements

Based in Brisbane with the flexibility to travel as required

Most importantly, you'll be ambitious, results-driven, and eager to contribute to the success of our team.
