If the answer is yes, then this role assisting to shape the future of a dynamic, fast growing, multi-site Healthcare organisation, as well as expand further and grow market share, will be both incredibly rewarding and at times challenging.

This newly created role will work closely with approximately 20 - 30 individual business owners, most of whom are established and successful, but seek next-level strategy, innovation, and inspiration. Your role will be to maximise performance, build capacity, and drive further profitability, with the goal of transforming good operations into great ones. This role will largely be conducted via MS Teams, with some travel and some " in-person" strategy and coaching days.

Key Responsibilities will include -

• Coaching business owners to elevate performance, shift complacency, and unlock untapped revenue opportunities.
• Providing strategic guidance on succession planning, resource optimisation, and operational efficiency—enabling owners to step back while the business steps up.
• Setting and reviewing financial KPIs, co-creating growth plans, and delivering measurable results.
• Analysing financials and business metrics to identify and implement high-impact strategies, and
• Championing a culture of “doing more with less”—improving service delivery and profitability.

What you will bring -

• Proven experience as a Business Coach, Operations Manager, or Business Development Lead, ideally with healthcare or other highly regulated industry exposure.
• Strong financial acumen to understand which leavers to pull and improving profitabilityExceptional coaching, influencing and communication skills.
• Strategic, commercially minded, and outcome-focused.
• Comfortable working independently via MS Teams.
• Experience in succession planning, team leadership, and motivating for change.
