Who you will be working with
You’ll be joining a well-regarded manufacturing company known for looking after their people and running a safe, efficient operation. You’ll work closely with a supportive maintenance team, playing a key role in keeping plant equipment performing at its best.
Recently moved into the facility, so youre working with new equipment that is all maintained and up to date.

Duties and responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown repairs
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance and safety standards are met
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory
• Support production teams and collaborate across departments

We are looking for someone with

• Trade qualifications as a Maintenance Fitter or Maintenance Electrician (Mech fitter, Electrical Licence or equivalent)
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently
• A strong safety focus and good teamwork/communication skills
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, cold chain and product handling (highly regarded)
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if required
