Roy Powell Security are looking for a new employee to join our Mackay Team as an Installation/Service Technician

The successful candidate will report to our Operations Manager and be responsible for servicing, maintenance and installation duties.

Majority of our work is based in the Mackay & Whitsunday Region however travel may be required to service our clients nationally.

Skills/Experience Required:

Minimum 12 months experience in security system installation, maintenance, or electronic/electrical trade work

Experience with CCTV brands such as NX Witness, Milestone, Hikvision, Axis

Experience with alarm systems such as Tecom, Integriti, Bosch, Paradox

Current Security Licence

Open Cablers License with Endorsements

Current C-Class driver’s license

Working with Children Card (Or willingness to obtain)

Construction Industry Training Card (White Card)

Willingness to be on-call in a rotating on-call roster

Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa with appropriate work rights
