Electrician / Technician Role

We are looking for a security equipment installer/service technician. We feel an electrician can easily transfer his or her skills to our industry and, within a short amount of time, be trained in the security industry.

To be considered for these positions, you will be required to perform the following:

Installation, servicing and programming of all Security, CCTV, Access Control and other associated equipment

Commissioning, including diagnoses, fault finding, and repairing faults in security equipment.

Attending different customer sites to provide reactive service & proactive maintenance work

Updating customer and company records

Installations of small, medium and large projects

Delivering and maintaining projects to a high standard

Liaising with clients to understand requirements

Essential Skills;

The ability to learn new technologies and adapt is a must

You will require initiative and attention to detail

Passion for new technology and electronics

Drivers License

Ability to obtain a security license

The skills below will be HIGHLY REGARDED but not essential;

EWP Operator License – Yellow Card

IT Skills

Construction Induction– White Card
