The Role

Due to the rapid expansion of Labour Connect across Warehousing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Construction, we’re seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Parramatta team.

Normally, we promote from within — but with this new growth, we’re opening the opportunity to the NSW market.

You’ll be:

Running your own portfolio of clients, leveraging our extensive blue-collar database and recruitment platforms.

Partnering with SMEs and international clients across multiple industries.

Building new business relationships while strengthening existing ones.

What We’re Looking For (Labour Connect DNA)

Previous experience in sales or recruitment (preferred).

Strong ability to build rapport and develop networks with new clients.
