About the Educational Leader Role

As Educational Leader, you will:

Lead the development of high-quality educational programs

Mentor and inspire a team of passionate educators

Champion reflective practice and ongoing learning

Support inclusive, culturally respectful learning environments

Collaborate with families and the local Yugambeh community

Help create a strong, positive team culture from day one

What You’ll Need

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or actively working towards

Valid Blue Card

Child Protection Certificate (CHCPRT025 or equivalent)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates

Strong knowledge of EYLF, QKLG, NQF and Assessment & Rating processes
