About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a proactive Warehouse Team Member to join our Operations team. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and is central to keeping our warehouse running smoothly. From receiving stock and managing inventory to preparing deliveries and supporting project deadlines, you’ll be involved in a wide variety of tasks that keep our business moving.
This newly created role will often be a fast-paced, hands-on position where priorities shift quickly. To thrive here, you’ll need to be organized, adaptable, and confident making decisions on the go.
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
A current LF forklift licence and confidence operating high-reach equipment
A valid driver’s licence
Ideally at least 2 years’ experience in office furniture
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues, suppliers, and clients
A collaborative mindset—you enjoy being part of a team but are also comfortable working independently
Strong attention to detail and pride in completing tasks to a high standard
The ability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency
Initiative and self-motivation—you don’t wait to be told what to do
What You’ll Do
Pick, pack, and dispatch client orders
Receive, unpack, and check incoming containers
Organize and rotate stock to maintain accuracy
Maintain regular inventory counts
Transport goods between warehouses and client sites
Coordinate with suppliers and couriers
Work closely with the Managing Director, Sales, and Install teams
Assemble basic furniture when required
