About the role
As a Retail Sales Assistant at Think Water, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our busy retail store in Alice Springs, NT. In this full-time role, you will be the friendly face that greets and assists our customers, helping them find the products and solutions they need.
What you'll be doing
Provide outstanding customer service and a positive shopping experience for all customers
Assist customers in locating and selecting the right products to meet their needs
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain excellent product knowledge to answer customer queries
Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised and presentable at all times
Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as required
Collaborate with the team to achieve store sales targets and objectives
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
Minimum 6-12 months of experience in retail or customer service roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
Availability to work Monday to Friday, including rotating Saturday shifts
Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
Eligibility to work in Australia
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
