We are seeking to employ an Optical Dispenser or Optical Retail Assistant.

A full-time position is available in a local independent optometry practice.

We seek a mature self-motivated person with experience in sales and administration.
You will be part of a small team providing exceptional eyecare to our clients.

You will welcome clients, book appointments and assist clients selecting eyewear.
You will perform administrative tasks required in the day to day operation of a retail optometry clinic, including processing sales, processing orders, preparing banking, data entry, stock ordering and receiving.

We seek an applicant with an appreciation of fashion and style, ​who takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

A warm approachable manner and the ability to converse comfortably with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds is necessary.
Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal.

Experience in optical retail or allied health is preferred.

Must be available to work Saturdays.

Up to date vaccination status is required.
