We are looking for a Casual Retail Assistant to join our close-knit team. If you are passionate about people, love jewellery, and thrive in a dynamic retail environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

Provide warm, personalised service to every customer

Recommend, display and style pieces to suit customer needs

Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation

Assist with stock management and point-of-sale processes

Contribute to a positive team culture with energy and professionalism

About You

Previous retail or sales experience

Confident, approachable, with excellent communication skills

Positive, self-motivated and a strong team player

Organised, reliable and able to work in a busy environment

Weekend availability and flexible with shifts

Interest in jewellery, fashion or lifestyle retail is an advantage
