About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Consultant who brings a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset. This casual position plays a key role in ensuring our facility is clean, well-presented, and our customers receive exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors or pick up the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Greet every customer with warmth, respect, and professionalism.

Answer phone and online enquiries with a solution-focused approach.

Provide accurate information on unit availability, pricing, and rental terms.

Assist customers with the rental process and required documentation.

Respond to and resolve customer concerns with empathy and ownership.

Centre Presentation

Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all customer and common areas.

Minor garden maintenance

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.

Previous customer service and/or cleaning experience is valued but not essential – we’ll provide training.
