We’re Hiring: (A brilliant) Social Media Manager

Location: Hawthorn, Full-time (some flexibility to WFH)

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and self-motivated Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence for two new beauty start-ups, Soma Personal Care and Bronte Body Care.

This is a unique opportunity to work across two purpose-led, design-driven brands in the beauty space. You’ll play a key role in shaping both organic content and paid advertising strategy, bringing each brand’s story to life while driving real growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Owning and executing social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more

Planning and scheduling engaging, on-brand content calendars for both Soma and Bronte

Writing compelling copy tailored to each brand’s unique voice and tone

Creating and curating content (static, Reels, TikToks, stories, etc.)

Managing community engagement (DMs, comments, mentions)

Providing strategic input and consultation on paid advertising across Meta, TikTok and other relevant platforms

Collaborating with our team (and external partners where relevant) to align organic and paid content

Tracking performance and reporting on key insights to optimise growth

What We’re Looking For:

2-3+ years experience managing social media for brands

Proven experience growing and managing communities across key platforms

Confident in developing and executing organic social strategies

Comfortable providing consultation and creative direction for paid campaigns (experience with Meta Ads Manager a plus)

A strong eye for design, content trends, and brand storytelling

Excellent writing and communication skills

Familiar with editing tools such as Canva, Capcut, scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Planoly), and Meta Business Suite

Highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects with ease

Bonus: photography, graphic design experience, video editing, or paid ad execution experience
