Position: 2 x Experienced Carpenters – Commercial Fit-Out (Hospitality Venue)
Project: $6 Million Bar / Hospitality Venue Fit-Out
Location: Malvern, Melbourne Metro Area
Start Date: Immediate / as required
Pay: $62.50 Per Hour NT + Super, OT, Travel & Allowances

Role Summary: TRS is looking for two (2) trade-qualified Carpenters with strong commercial fit-out experience to join a high-profile bar/hospitality venue project in Malvern.

This is a major fit-out (approx. $6 million), and your work will be central to delivering a finished venue that combines excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a high-end hospitality finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from detailed architectural & joinery drawings/plans.
• Fabricate and install custom joinery (bars, cabinetry, joinery elements typical of hospitality venues).
• Participate in structural & non-structural fit-out tasks (frames, partitions, finishes).
• Safely perform demolition of existing elements where required.
• Collaborate with other trades (mech, electrical, plaster, flooring, etc.) to ensure coordination and finish quality.
• Work to tight timelines, maintain high finish standards, and problem-solve on site.
• Operate independently when required; work as part of a team under site supervision.

These joinery positions must have previous commercial fit-out and/or retail fit-out experience.

Due to the specialised nature of this role, only candidates with relevant industrial equipment spray painting experience will be considered.
