Purpose: To manage and maintain end to end stock management across the organization by tracking inventory movement and coordinating with warehouse, depot and client facing teams. The key stock control owner for the Operations Department
Areas of Responsibility:
Manage the stock/consumables reception of customer owned assets into Ingenico database and warehouse locations, including partner depots
Maintain the integrity of the asset database by monitoring and correcting exceptions, verifying data capture methodologies, and producing associated reports for stakeholders and management
Establish and maintain consistent, best-practice stock management processes throughout the operation
Manage the stock levels and replenishment requirements of all inventory locations
Provide regular reports on all stock managed by Ingenico with insights and proactive recommendations
Working to understand the swap rate and use it to drive effective stock levels
Liaise with the Distribution Centre Field Depots and Contact Centre to identify training gaps
Build strong operational relationships with key stakeholders
Continuous improvement to process and systems to improve data integrity in relation to asset management
Manage stock return process (specifically In-Transit) with FSP and courier companies to meet ongoing business requirements and client expectations
Manage Quality issues with assets and perform routine audits
Organise annual Stocktake of inventory and regular stock control checks
Support with logistics services tasks as required to support the business
Support/manage minor projects to support the Service Centre
Support QMS documentation and audits
Act in accordance with relevant Workers Health and Safety legislation and the company’s WH&S policy
Act in accordance with relevant Environmental legislation and the company’s Environmental policy

Competencies, Skills and Experience:
Technical & Inventory Management Skills
Inventory tracking and reconciliation
Stocktaking (cycle counting and full counts)
Inventory forecasting and demand planning
Warehouse management
ERP software proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Barcode scanning and stock labelling systems
Understanding of supply chain processes
Data entry and record-keeping accuracy

Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse stock management role
Inventory Control/stock management experience
Preferred exposure to analytical or heavy reporting functions
Database management and reporting with dashboards
Forecasting and modelling of stock levels required
