Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes to a high standard.

Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment.

Assist in menu planning and contribute new ideas for specials.

Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise wastage.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Cook, preferably in an Indian restaurant.

Strong knowledge of Indian spices, recipes, and cooking techniques.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
