What’s on offer:

Full-time gig (7:30am – 3:30pm, Mon–Fri)

The role:

You’ll be part of a tight-knit, fast-paced team restoring properties across Victoria. From mould remediation to fire damage clean-ups, meth lab decontamination and large-scale losses – you’ll see it all.

Most importantly, you’ll be walking into people’s lives when they need it most and leaving them with hope and relief. This job is about skill, grit, and teamwork – but also heart.

Must-haves:

Driver’s licence

Good communication skills (written & verbal)

Tech savvy enough for on-site reporting

Physically fit (able to lift 20kg and keep up with the demands of the job)

White Card (or willing to get one)

Willing to undergo random drug & alcohol testing

Australian working rights

Bonus points if you’ve got industry experience or IICRC certification – but don’t stress if you don’t, we’ll help get you there.
